PAYMENT METHODS

– For Clients from the Republic of Serbia

1. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARDS VIA THE INTERNET

1.1 Payment for products in our online store can be made using one of the following methods: credit cards – VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard that support online payments. Card payments are processed in cooperation with AllSecure doo and UniCredit Bank Belgrade and are conducted securely and certified through the AllSecure Payment Gateway by simply entering card details.
Once the card details are entered and payment is confirmed, the bank authorizes the transaction, and the order is approved and moves to the next stage of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes.
All payments will be made in Serbian dinars (RSD) according to the exchange rate of UniCredit Bank. If payment is made using a credit card issued by a foreign bank, the RSD transaction amount will be converted into the bank’s settlement currency (EUR) according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia or the issuing bank. When charging your credit card, the already converted amount will be further converted into your local currency based on the exchange rate applied by card operators. The listed price different from RSD displayed on the website is for informational purposes only, and due to these conversions, there may be deviations from the listed price. This payment method is available for both legal entities and individuals.

1.2 The transaction will be completed, and the amount deducted from your account only when the products are prepared and confirmed by the Seller. If payment is not completed, i.e., the amount is not deducted from the account within 7 days of order acceptance, that order will be canceled and deleted. After the 7-day period expires, the reserved funds in your account will be released and made available again. You can then place the same or a new order and proceed with payment accordingly.

1.3 Check with the bank that issued your card to confirm whether your card supports online payments.

2. DATA PROTECTION DURING CARD PAYMENTS

2.1 When entering credit card information, sensitive data is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol, applying the latest tokenization methods for sensitive data, and in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. The security of data during purchases is guaranteed by the payment processor UniCredit Bank Belgrade. At no time is credit card information available to the merchant.

2.2 3D Secure protection for all merchants and buyers – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global data security and privacy standards. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, ensuring secure purchases for buyers. Buyers’ credit card numbers are not stored in the merchant’s system, and data entry is protected by SSL encryption.

2.3 PCI DSS Standards – AllSecure Payment Gateway continuously complies with all card organization requirements to enhance the security level for merchants and buyers. Since 2005, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest standard in the industry. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) defines the necessary security measures for processing, storing, and transmitting sensitive cardholder data. PCI standards protect sensitive cardholder data throughout the entire payment process: from data entry at the merchant’s point of sale, communication between the merchant, relevant banks, and card organizations, to subsequent data storage.

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 In the case of a refund to a customer who has previously paid using a credit card, whether partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the refund, the refund will be processed exclusively via the same VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard used for payment. This means that our bank will process the refund to the cardholder’s account upon our request.

4. PAYMENT VIA BANK DEPOSIT SLIP

4.1 Payment via bank deposit slip allows you to pay for your order directly at any post office or bank. Detailed payment instructions and required information for the deposit slip will be sent via email immediately after order confirmation by our staff. Once your payment is recorded, the selected service will be confirmed by our spa center.

5. BANK TRANSFER (Wire Payment)

5.1 If you are a legal entity or an electronic banking (e-banking) user, you can make the payment by transferring funds from your account. Detailed payment instructions will be sent via email by our sales representatives immediately after order confirmation. Once your payment is recorded, the service is confirmed, and an invoice will be issued by our spa center.
